I’ve been a practicing physician for over 10 years, but my journey really shifted when I became pregnant with my daughter. That’s when I saw something important—the healthcare system often waits until problems arise instead of helping women get ahead of them. I wanted something different, and that’s why I created Whole Mama Wellness.
Whether you’re trying to get pregnant, feeling wiped out trying to recover postpartum, or just barely holding it together with a toddler, I get it. Motherhood is tough, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Along with being a doctor, I’m also a certified personal trainer, pre/postnatal fitness specialist, and nutrition coach. I’m passionate about helping women care for themselves in ways that feel doable and real. Right now, I’m pursuing certification with the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM) because I believe in using evidence-based lifestyle changes and holistic care to support your health—not quick fixes.
With my combined medical experience and wellness coaching, my goal is to provide personalized, compassionate care that meets you where you are and helps you feel your best every step of the way.
